Sharon’s Hearty Cabbage Chowder
3 Tbsp melted butter
2 ½ cups chopped cabbage
1 chopped large Potato
1 ½ cup water
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
2 cups Milk
Salt
Pepper
1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
Combine butter, cabbage, potato and water in a large pot. Cover and cook on low 20-25 minutes. Add more water, bouillon, milk. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and cheese. Stir till cheese melts.
